general terms

-I reserve the right to decline commissions, cancel and refund the money at any time.
-I am allowed to display the commission and post it online or attach it to my portfolio.
-I reserve the right to record the creation of the artwork unless agreed upon otherwise.
-Commissions are first come, first serve. If you commission needs to be done by a deadline, please let me know and I will let you know if I can get it done in time (please note that I am still a full-time student).

client obligations

when commissioning, you agree to the following:

-Respond clearly when asked for feedback.
-Assume responsibility for failing to provide the required information at the appropriate time during the commissioning process.
-Pay for the transaction fee included in the payment.

• PayPal

payments & refunds

-The client must pay fully before the sketching process begins.
- I accept PayPal and Ko-fi.
-If you request for a refund, you will only get the full payment if you request the refund before the sketching process begins. If you ask for a refund after the sketching process, you will only receive half the money back. However, there are no refunds once the commission is fully completed.

files & delivery

Your commission will be delivered in a google drive folder containing the following file formats:
-PNG
-JPEG

• Heart

usage policy

-You may crop the art for avatar or icon use.
-You may resize the art for your website or social media account, with proper credit.
-You may print out the art and display it however you wish to.
-You may not use my art for merchandise or commercial use.
-You may not remove my watermark/signature.

-Furries
-NSFW (includes sexually suggestive content because of my chibi art style, but slight gore is okay)
-Rushed work
-Realism
-Complicated backgrounds
